U11 Girls
After a season of training and recruitment Bath City Youth U11 girls took to the pitch for the very first time in a friendly game against Bradford Town FC. The Bath girls surprised all of the supporters and their opponents with a skillfull and disciplined display of mini-soccer despite their inexperience. Bath's passing was superb and all of the
players held their positions well. They were rewarded with some early goals and at half-time Bath were leading 5:1 by the final whistle the score was 9:1 to Bath with Kirsten, Hana, Freya and Emily contributing to the goals. However it was not a day about winners, losers or scorers, the girls were just so exicted to pull on the Bath City shirt and play their first ever match.
Bath City Youth FC are still actively encouraging girls of all ages to join the club anyone interested should call Ray Li on 07838 112243 for further details.
